Increasingly, women have a role to play in ensuring that all community members can enjoy their rights and claim their entitlements. Through ZENID's work, women are encouraged to act collectively where they have a common cause and to advocate and create pressure at the local level for access to equal rights. Their interests are best served if they form partnerships with service providers and work together to ensure that services meet local needs at the community level.
