Tailor-made Training
The majority of ZENID's training is tailor-made to meet the client’s
specific needs. A training-needs assessment is carried out with
the client organization prior to the training in order to identify
training needs linked to the specific work environment. A course
is then designed which builds the knowledge, skills and attitudes
that would build competencies, in turn, contribute to improved
performance. Over 75 percent of ZENID's
training is tailor-made and increasingly ZENID’s staff provides
complimentary organization development support to ensure that
participants are able to apply what they have gained in their
work environment.
