Pre-planned courses

ZENID also offers pre-planned courses, based on assessment of the general development needs in Jordan through regular consultation with key stakeholders at local, national and international levels. These pre-planned courses have the advantage of bringing together a wide range of participants, thereby promoting greater learning opportunities and networking between development organizations.ZENID is committed to the principals of participation and learner-centered training. The institutes' staff focus on human capacity building in planning, designing and providing training programs.

ZENID staff strive to acquire new effective training tools and research skills by investing in their own learning through the active participation in national, regional and international programs, conferences and workshops.Through these exchange opportunities of learning, ZENID also builds stronger networks with international development organizations– enhancing cooperation and promoting partnerships. In line with international standards, ZENID monitors and evaluates its training against agreed performance indicators in order to improve the effectiveness of its work.
