LINKING EDUCATION AND THE MARKET

Implemented in cooperation with the Centre for European Constitutional Law (CECL), the project aims to identify gaps in skills of young women graduates through training and activities, in order to assist them in integrating successfully within the labour market. To ensure sustainability, ZENID also proposes a curriculum that provides these skills. The project also seeks to undertake preparatory activities for establishing a structure (e.g. vocational education centre) delivering training on the required skills.

ZENID’S ROLE

To conduct a qualitative survey that identifies the needs of the labour market for young women. Based on the outcomes of the survey, a curriculum that provides the needed skills for the target group will be proposed. Existing training curricula (University and other training institutions) will be screened and concrete proposals will be developed to adapt them to the requirements of the market.
