projects Jordan National Human Development Report 2 Sustainable Livelihoods and Poverty Alleviation The SL approach is holistic and dynamic. It looks at a whole range of factors that affect people's ability to create a life where they can achieve their full potential. The team are also commissioning a series of briefing papers that examine in some depth key issues of relevance to SL in Jordan. As these documents are produced, they will be reviewed and discussed by a range of stakeholders. By involving a wide range of partners from government, NGOs and the community, ZENID hopes that the document will reflect a diverse set of views and will provide useful policy recommendations which can be taken up at all levels and provide a platform for action to combat poverty.As the document is launched, there will be a series of stakeholders meetings at national, governorate, municipal and community level
