Projects THE EURO-MEDITERRANEAN PARTICIPATORY WATER RESOURCE SCENARIOS (EMPOWERS) Empowers aims at improving long term access to water for vulnerable populations through integrated water resources development and management at the local level, with special emphasis on stakeholder involvement and empowerment.
