Awareness creation at the community level on rights and entitlements
Local community members are more aware of the database for the poor service and are visiting the CDC’s on a daily basis. People have expressed they are more aware of the services they are entitled to and the procedures to claim them.

CDC’s taking an active role as a referral centre
JOHUD volunteers are making referral cases and following up with the local community members on their claims. They are also creating linkages with service providers and providing feedback on suggested modifications of the services.
